How we pack, where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Every order ships fully tracked. Ceramics and glassware are double-boxed, rugs travel rolled in rigid tubes, and lamps ship in their original maker packaging — everything arrives the way it left the studio.

Order processing

We're a small team: most orders are on their way within 2–4 business days. Some pieces travel to us from a partner studio or distributor before they travel to you — when that adds time, we'll email you rather than leave you guessing. You'll receive a confirmation at checkout and a tracking link the moment your order ships.

Fragile pieces & big items

Glassware, ceramics and lamps are double-boxed with corner protection.
Rugs ship rolled — never folded — in rigid cardboard tubes.
Multi-item orders may arrive in separate boxes on different days — tracking covers each box.
Blind boxes and collectibles ship sealed, exactly as they arrive from the maker.

Delivery windows are honest estimates, not guarantees. Need something by a specific date? Email us before you order and we'll tell you straight whether it will make it. International shipping isn't available yet.
