Is there free delivery?

Yes — US orders over $69 ship free with full tracking. Under $69, standard shipping is a flat $7.90.

How long does delivery take?

Most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days; Express (2–4 days) is available at checkout. Pieces that ship to us from a partner studio first can take a little longer — we'll email you if yours does.

What payment options do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay — all processed by Stripe over encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. Join the community mailing list and we'll let you know the moment international shipping opens up.

When will a sold-out item restock?

Small-batch makers restock on their own schedule. Hit the mailing list or email us about a specific piece and we'll tell you what we know.

Are your products authentic?

Yes — everything we sell is the genuine item, bought through each label's retail and distribution network. We're a young shop building direct relationships with studios as we grow, and we never sell replicas or knock-offs.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email [email protected] as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll change or cancel it, no questions asked.
