Not in love with it? You have 30 days, and returns are easy.

Return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees, no fine print — we'd rather you keep shopping with us than keep something you don't love.

How to return an item

Start your return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the item you'd like to send back.

Pack it up
Repack the item in its original box with all inserts, tags and packaging included.

Ship it back
We email you a return label — drop the box at any carrier location.

Get refunded
Once it reaches us and passes inspection, your refund is issued within 3–5 business days.

A few exceptions

Opened blind boxes can't be returned — that's the gamble and the fun.
Books and magazines must be unread and unmarked.
Sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Damaged arrivals are always replaced or refunded in full — just send photos within 7 days.
